    Matured into a male after only one moult in my care

    As you can see by my previous review, I was quite happy when the spider arrived as it was beautiful with a neon yellow colour and a vivid badge. However, after only a few months it moulted into a male and died soon after. For those not aware, males are less colourful and live shorter, more uneventful lives. I feel like mini beast should put a warning on this species saying that they can mature out into males very quickly or sell them at a smaller size.

    Arrived safely.. beautiful colour true to vivid orange/yellow colour and doing well. Have been extremely happy with all huntsman spiders I have purchased from mini beasts, and all have remained healthy and growing well.

    Arrived well and healthy, ready to be handled! Ate the next morning-almost doing a front flip when it tackled the cricket. Has an exquisite badge and interesting striping on its legs. Loves to jump and is a fluorescent yellow as a juvenile. IF YOU WANT A BEAUTIFUL HUNTSMAN, THIS IS THE ONE!
