    Cute as a button

Arrived quickly, safely and well packaged. Healthy abdomen size. Silked its hide very quickly. Nice and active early AM, starting to silk enclosure. Hasn't fed, yet, but likely just not hungry going by abdomen.

    Phlogius kuranda

This little one was part of my second order from Minibeast and like the first they were packed very well and arrived VERY lively. The little thing took off like a shot made it out of the new enclosure and precautionary catch tub and across my desk before I managed to cup it. So make sure you have the catch cups handy when in boxing them, haha. It's settles down and been happily webbing up its new enclosure over night. I'm very happy with the service and my new little sling

    Kuranda tarantula

Posted by Ingrid Grosz on 20th Jul 2020

This Was advertised as all spiders are sold as juveniles, however there were no measurements in the description and the spider is approx 25mm which is more in the sling / spiderling age group. So that is the only negative with this purchase. Minibeast Wildlife reply: Thanks for your review, Ingrid! The measurements of the tarantula (both for the adult spider and the size it is sold at) is actually listed in the Description - you will find it in italics under the description heading.

    Phlogius Kuranda

reaaaaly good... both slings are great spiders, both burrowing. one has already eaten 2 crickets but the other has unfortunately not eaten as of now. the one which is not eating has sealed off its burrow so we haven't seen it for around 2 days. no worries though. other is active, out in the open and very healthy, she has built a massive burrow too.
