    Megacrania batesii

While I have been keeping various arthropods for years, I hadn't kept any stick insects since I was in first grade, so I was looking forward to getting back into them. Needless to say, these remarkable creatures did not disappoint! Harvesting the prickly Pandanus leaves is admittedly not the most enjoyable of activities, but it's a small price to pay. Below is my YouTube video of the unboxing, as well as a showcase of some hooded katydids I also got off Minibeast. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oAENIDFLvY8&pp=sAQA

    For real? Fabulous!

We first thought this stick insect was fake. So perfect to look at. Smells like peppermint, very particular in it's food source, and a fabulous addition to my son's collection.
