Tiger Leech (Richardsonianus australis)

little leech so cute and charming, i absolutely adore him. it's a treat watching it wriggle and stretch and paddle around in his little aquarium. he did not seem interested in feeding off me yet, but I'm going to give it a few more days and try again!

Leeches are healthy and active, Interesting to watch and feeding in future will be and adventure.

The leeches just arrived today and they are adorable! They arrived in great condition and packaged really well. One latched on to my finger when I was trying to put them in their tank and ate right there and then. It was really fascinating watching them feed, although I was stuck in bed for about an hour and a bit feeding them. Watching them move and explore their tank is mesmerising. Highly recommend getting these cute creatures!

I am beyond delighted with my Tiger Leech purchase. The creature is bigger than I expected and his stripes are beautiful with stark contrast against the rest of his body. The way he moves is so full of life and personality. He moves his adorable head around like a snake as he explores his new home. Super flexible and stretchy too. Truly mesmerizing to watch.

Love my leeches easier to keep than fish they wobble, shake, swim, change shape I absolutely love them only packaging was a a bit doggy container was open but it was in a plastic bag which contained the water so recon better packaging needed

I got some tiger leeches and oh my god theyre so cool. I certainly have some friends who don't wanna be around them but that's a them problem. I personally love the weird little things and have already had one feed from me! Warning to those feeding leeches off their own body; however much you think it'll bleed, it's more hahaah. Their anticoagulants are really good! Have lots of good bandaids. And time to spare because they take a while to monch! Overall super easy fun cool pets and great service and delivery.

I bought these as a gift for my parents and they were absolutely thrilled. My mother keeps gushing about how cute they are moving around in their little tank. They are bigger than I expected and so cute and fat after eating.

My little Sausage arrived in 2 days, well packaged and much larger than expected. Fed the Sausage on day two and it is easily 13cm fully extended, 5cm when it goes into chipolata mode. Loves to dig in the substrate and hang in high places. Lots of character and I'm super pleased with the whole experience, thanks!
